What the office gets

• Tenants from Germany, the Netherlands, Poland and France, reading in their own language. Roughly 50,000 French boat owners are on a marina waiting list.
• A register of who is sitting in which berth, with a valid insurance certificate against each one.
• The consent step run for you: the notice, the tenant and vessel check, and a refusal that refunds the tenant automatically.
• A licence fee, not a commission. We do not stand between your holder and their tenant — you do, and it stays that way.
