The operator's terms forbid subletting and, in most cases, reserve the empty berth for the marina itself while the holder keeps paying. There is no version of this that works, so we do not list berths here.

Clause: 2.3(3) and 2.1(1) (the terms govern all vessels in ACI marinas) + 4.2(7)
The Contract is not transferable to third parties. / During the Vessel's absence from the contracted berth, ACI d.d. shall have the right temporarily to use such berth for other vessels. The Vessel's absence from the ACI marina shall not affect the amount of the contractual fee.
