Vlasnik brodice koja ima stalni sidrište-vez, ne može istog ustupiti, a još manje dati u najam drugoj osobi. / Vlasnik brodice dužan je o svojem napuštanju lučice koje traje duže od 3 dana izvijestiti kancelarijskog radnika ili člana zaduženog za red i rad u lučici, kako bi se taj vez-sidrište mogao koristiti za privremeni smještaj privremenih korisnika
