The operator's terms forbid subletting and, in most cases, reserve the empty berth for the marina itself while the holder keeps paying. There is no version of this that works, so we do not list berths here.
Basis
The Berth User may not permanently or temporarily rent the berth to third parties. / In the absence of the Vessel of the Berth User from the berth, the Marina has the right to temporarily use the berth.
