L’Autorisation d’Occupation Temporaire étant délivré à titre personnel, le Bénéficiaire (ou Occupant) est tenu d’occuper lui-même l’emplacement et de l’utiliser directement en son nom. L’autorisation ne peut être cédée ou sous-concédée à un tiers, même partiellement, sous quelque forme que ce soit. Il est donc interdit de proposer le navire à la sous-location.
