E’ espressamente vietato, pena l’allontanamento immediato dell’unità: a) concedere l’utilizzo del posto di ormeggio a terzi; b) lo scambio non autorizzato fra utenti; c) qualsiasi forma di sub affitto; d) il titolare del posto barca deve anche essere il principale utilizzatore dell’imbarcazione.
